Your Gym Sports Performance is a CIMSPA endorsed and UKSCA affiliated training provider that specialises within the field of strength and conditioning. Through a combination of practical workshop days and distance learning, our UKSCA Pre-Accreditation Pathway aims to prepare, develop and support aspiring S&C coaches towards achieving UKSCA Accreditation Strength and Conditioning (ASCC) status, whilst introducing practitioners to the key principles of strength and conditioning theoretical and practical practice. Our pathway program provides a unique curriculum structure with weekly virtual lectures, learning resources, group support and coach accountability, making for a great learning journey.
